2. Age Restrictions
2.1 It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order with Just Perfect Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of ordering.
3.1 Payment is due at the time of ordering.

4.2 Just Perfect Wines will not be held responsible for delivery failures beyond our reasonable control.
4.3 Estimates for delivery times are best-possible indications only and are not intended to be binding.
5. Out-of-stock, non-delivery, cancellations and refunds
5.1 All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. Claims for breakage, loss or damage must be notified in writing to us within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 Non-delivery must be notified within 7 working days of date of payment or dispatch note.
5.3 No claims for compensation will be accepted if notification is made outside these deadlines.
5.4 If you believe a wine from Just Perfect Wines is spoilt or if a bottle has broken then we will replace it with the same wine or if this is not possible another wine of similar value.
5.5 Products returned by you within the 14 days from the date of delivery of your order will be refunded in full. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 working days, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order including any delivery charge and less the cost incurred to collect the wine.
5.6 Sometimes wines may go out of stock. We shall contact you to inform you of any potential delay or offer you an alternative wine of equal value.
6.1 Where you buy any Product from a third party seller through our site, the seller's individual liability will be set out in the seller's terms and conditions.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Just Perfect Wines is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018.
7.2 All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using certified secure e-commerce software.
